Free readiness self-check

How ready are you for 14 May 2027?

Answer up to 22 quick questions about your organisation. You get a readiness score, your gaps ranked by the penalty ceiling behind them, and the section or rule behind every one.

  • About 3 minutes
  • Answers never leave your browser
  • Every question cites the law

How it works

  1. Scope. Two questions check whether the Act reaches you at all (s.3).
  2. Profile. Three questions switch on the duties that only apply to some organisations: vendor contracts, children's data, and Significant Data Fiduciary obligations.
  3. Readiness. Up to 17 checks drawn from the 78-point compliance checklist, each citing its section or rule.
  4. Results. A readiness score, a score per area, and your gaps ranked by the Schedule penalty ceiling behind each one. Ceilings are maximums, not fines.

What to do with the results

Copy them as a prompt and paste them into Claude with the free dpdp-analyze skill, which works through each gap against the actual sections. For a full audit, use the complete compliance checklist.

Is this a compliance certificate?

No. The score reflects only your own answers. It is an educational self-check, not legal advice and not an audit. Verify against the Gazette text and consult qualified Indian legal counsel.
